Welcome to Wetink Fine Art Printing, www.wetink.co.za This platform facilitates the sale of
artwork prints by local artists. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and
conditions.

2. Use of the Website

• This website is intended for customers who wish to purchase artwork prints from
  featured artists.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental
  consent.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Website without
  prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payments must be made in full via our secure payment gateway at checkout.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Collection and Delivery

• Collection: Artwork prints must be collected from either Wetink Fine Art Printing or
  the artist, as agreed upon at checkout.
• Shipping: If the artist offers shipping, they will be responsible for arranging and
  fulfilling it. Wetink Fine Art Printing is not liable for any shipping-related issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final unless the artwork is damaged upon collection.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be processed in accordance with our Returns &
  Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All images and artwork displayed on the Website remain the property of the
  respective artists.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without
  permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties,
  including artists or payment service providers.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the
  order.

8. Governing Law
