1. Returns Policy
- Due to the nature of artwork prints, all sales are final.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the artwork is damaged upon
collection.
2. Refund Process
- If you receive a damaged print, you must notify us within 48 hours of collection with
photographic evidence. - We will assess the claim and either replace the print or issue a refund at our
discretion. - Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Exclusions
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect orders.
- We are not responsible for damage caused after collection.
